As 2024 comes to a close, Sen. Stephanie Chang (D-Detroit) recorded the most liberal voting record for the second time in four years and Sen. Jonathan Lindsey (R-Brooklyn) tallied the most conservative, but both seem to be footnotes in a much larger story.
