Rep. Jaime Greene (R-Richmond) introduced the Female Athletics Integrity of Records (FAIR) Act yesterday that requires a student athlete's awards, rankings and records achieved in an individual – not team – sport, to be categorized according to their biological sex.

MIRS has learned that the Governor is set to announce next Wednesday, at her budget presentation, investments in "direct reporting to parents." It will feature funding proposals to improve dashboards, parental engagement at school board meetings and district awards for "implementing best practices."
