Michigan State University police said Thursday that they’ve found “no conclusive motive” as to why a gunman targeted the campus as he had no personal or professional connection with the school in recent history.

Sheriffs Question If Expungement Means More Gun Possession

The Michigan State Police and the state's judicial system will start Tuesday, April 11 expunging the criminal records of those with old felonies and misdemeanors, but the state's sheriffs are concerned this will mean old perpetrators could, again, legally possess guns.
