Sen. Jim Runestad presented a letter Wednesday from the Michigan State Police (MSP) that it has no record of Sen. Sarah Anthony (D-Lansing) reporting that a gun was pointed at her on the House floor during a COVID protest from 2020.

A sociology professor is the lead plaintiff in a class-action lawsuit filed Tuesday against the University of Michigan, claiming that tenured professors have been shorted pay because of the university's policy for adding raises to salaries.
