You must have a valid State of Michigan executive branch email address to qualify for a MIRS subscription through this portal.  Requests are processed once each morning and once mid afternoon - Monday through Friday.  YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH LOG IN INFORMATION AFTER THE REQUEST IS PROCESSED.
